  • While everything is made to order with a lead time of a minimum of 6 weeks, there might be items available in stock from time to time. Please reach out if you’re on a tight timeline so we can find a solution to meet your deadlines.

  • Our studio is located in East Vancouver, BC, Canada. Please reach out with the fixture of interest and we can advise availability and set up an appointment.

  • Absolutely! We are able to customize our current products and develop completely custom products as well.

  • Cancellations - Every piece is made to order and as such, cancellations are not possible.

    Refunds - Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, there will be idiosyncrasies and variations in each piece, within reason. This must be especially noted in smoke fired ceramics as the firing environment creates unpredictable results. Unless your product arrives broken or severely damaged, all sales are final. For items damaged in transit or defective parts, please keep all original packaging and document the damage as soon as the piece is delivered. Damage must be reported with photos within 5 days of receipt. Please email hello@tavceramics.com with photos for resolution.

  • All our products are manufactured and shipped from BC, Canada and we can ship worldwide. Please note, while we are able to quote for shipping, any VAT or customs will not be included in the quote and will have to be paid directly to the freight carrier upon delivery.
